Methodology for dynamic toll collection

The new toll collection system is being introduced by European expert groups. It presents a major technological challenge in the implementation stage, and can introduce the consideration of the influence of transport on the environment. The project will evaluate the impact of traffic on the environment and serve as a basis for highway planning and toll collection (considering various parameters with spatial and temporal dimension).
